Why isn't my progress being saved?

Depending on which version of the course you are taking, you might need to confirm that you are closing the lesson window after completing the quiz. Closing this window is what prompts our system to record and display your progress in the course. 

Then, refresh the main course page by pressing the F5 key (Command + R on a Mac) to view your revised progress. 

You could also be using an unsupported internet browser. Framework supports Internet Explorer 10 and above, Firefox, and Google Chrome. To check which browser you are currently using, just go to
